Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our warehouse facility in Los Angeles, California. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide, however free shipping does not apply to international orders.  You are also responsible for any applicable import fees or taxes.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within one business day.  You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders will arrive in 5-7 business days after confirmation of shipment.

How much does shipping cost?

Currently we offer free shipping for orders over $45.00 within the US, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories.  For a minimal fee of $5.00, you can expedite your shipment to 2-3 day delivery via USPS or UPS.

Can I change my shipping address? 

Please send us an email at info@lixpets.com, and if your order has not shipped, we'd be happy to ship to a different address.

Can I cancel my order?

Send us an email at info@lixpets.com, and if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we will process your cancellation.  If your order has already shipped, we will provide instructions for an authorized return.

I ordered the wrong size?

We accept exchanges of unused items within 30 days of purchase.  Please send us an email at info@lixpets.com, and we will provide instructions for an authorized return.  

I received the wrong item?

Oops, that’s embarrassing!  Please send us an email info@lixpets.com, so we can make it right.

What is your refund policy?

We accept returns of unused items within 30 days of purchase.  Once the product is received, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. 

What is your warranty policy?

We have a 1 year limited warranty for any manufacturing defects or malfunctions.  The warranty does not apply to damage due to misuse by the owner or pup, including chewed products. Please contact us with any additional questions or concerns about our warranty at info@lixpets.com
